Rates quoted are:

• in South African Rands (ZAR)
• per room per night, for single or double occupancy
• inclusive of breakfast and 15% VAT (subject to change)
• rates are nett, non-commissionable, confidential and subject to change

Booking Terms and Conditions:

• a deposit of 20% will secure your reservation
• balance of accommodation account is payable four (4) weeks prior to date of arrival
• no children under the age of twelve
• Peak Season reservations require a non-refundable deposit of 35%
• Group booking (4 + rooms): Minimum 5 night stay from 22 Dec – 05 Jan
• Group booking: Prepayment to be made 90 days prior to arrival

Our Cancellation Policy:

• forfeiture of full accommodation costs as booked is payable if cancellation occurs within 30 days of date of arrival
• refunds and the waiver of the cancellation policy are at the discretion of management and the ability to relet the room
